This year Invest in Nottingham and City Centre Management Team will be taking a stand at the BCSC conference being held this year at the Manchester Central Monday 9th - Wednesday 11th November 2009.

The Invest In Nottingham Team are planning upon hosting a small invitation only dinner at a restaurant in Manchester on the evening of Tuesday 10th November. I am giving you this prior notice to see if you are intending on courting any potential new retailers for the City at the BCSC and if so opening the invitation to you and your guest to this meal. We hope that this will provide you with an opportunity to present Nottingham as a top retail destination to those who do not already have a presence here.

James Linnington would also like to invite you to present a small amount of your literature on our stand during the conference. If you would like to take up either of the above offers then he would be grateful if you could get back to him before 14th August 2009. Due to capacity for the evening meal spaces are limited to two per agency.

There is the opportunity to sponsor the Dinner event which would cost £1000. The package would consist of the following:

• 4 places at the dinner
• Agent information to be presented in a pack for dinning guests
• Opportunity to show a rolling presentation on the Stand’s laptop (no longer than 5 minutes)
• City Centre FAM visit / regeneration tour of Nottingham for your guests upon return to Nottingham.
