The procurement of private sector partners for New Homes Nottingham (Nottingham City’s Local Housing Company) will commence during Summer 2009. The company will be set up by June 2010 and work is anticipated to commence by the end of 2010.

Schemes are being developed for initial New Homes Nottingham sites and it is expected that these will be driven by up to two private sector partners. Design quality will play a critical part in the selection of partners. Discussions commenced in March 2009 with several possible partners at this year’s event at MIPIM, followed by a well attended Bidders’ Day event in April.
