The Wright stuff for exhibition companies

2 September 2009 Nottingham exhibition and display companies John E Wright and Viva Imaging have merged to create the largest display graphics company in the East Midlands.

The new business will come under the John E Wright umbrella of companies but Viva's management will stay to help integrate the businesses. The transaction was led by Matthew Proudlove of Cooper Parry Corporate Finance, with legal input from Roger Harcourt at Berryman
